Preferred Title Company is an Independent Title Company serving the real estate settlement needs of buyers, sellers, builders, real estate agents, lenders and attorneys in Louisiana since 1996.

Our highly trained closing specialists hold numerous professional credentials and participate in regular continuing education, all to provide our clients with the highest level of experience and service. Some of our closing specialists hold Notary Public commissions. Some are licensed title insurance agents. All members of our team have completed multiple courses offered by the American Land Title Association, as well as continuing education classes held by the Louisiana Association of Independent Title Agents, the Louisiana Land Title Association and our Title Insurance Underwriters.
