AUTHORIZED VENDOR

Since 1997, Preferred Title Company has been an authorized vendor for Continuing Education required by the Louisiana Real Estate Commission. Preferred Title is one of only a few vendors in Baton Rouge to offer the LREC Licensee Mandatory Course and the LREC Broker Mandatory Course. In addition, we offer CE classes throughout the year to real estate licensees on subject such as closing, contracts and risk reduction.  Upon request, we also sponsor Lunch-and-Learn meetings for real estate companies on topics of choice. 

In addition to providing Continuing Education classes during the year at the Board of Realtors and at Broker’s offices, Preferred Title will work with your Broker to provide topics of interest for sales meetings, “Lunch-N-Learns” and we will provide assistance with Open Houses.  Call Debbie at 225-766-6464 for more information.
